Burnout Paradise Remastered Gets New Trailer Ahead of Launch

3.7
After the unexpected announcement a few weeks ago that we would be getting a remastered version of Burnout Paradise on current-gen hardware, we are only a few days away from its actual release. Now, developer Criterion Games and publisher Electronic Arts have released a brand new trailer for the game, and it’s certainly action-packed.

The trailer, which is titled The Race is On, is essentially a one-minute montage of gameplay from the racing title, all with the song Make Way by Aloe Blac in the background. You can, of course, check out the trailer at the end of the article.

While it’s certainly no launch trailer, it does give us our first look at what is essentially raw gameplay from the title.

A few days after its initial reveal, it was announced that, thankfully, the original soundtrack would remain intact from its original release, and that EA would not be adding microtransactions to the game, which is something fans were worried about after the debacle that was Star Wars Battlefront II.

Burnout Paradise Remastered is set to be released on March 16, 2018, and will be available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, with a PC version coming soon. The original game was released all the way back on January 22, 2008, and is available on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Windows PC.

Tom Criterion Games could have done just a tad better on the graphics portion of the game, it still looks a little outdated to what games we have nowadays but of course its remastered, not some new game coming out.

Most new racing games except forza rarely focus on graphics which is sad but the ganes that haven't such as payback make up for it's solid gameplay. Burnout will not fail!:)
