Wii 2 / Project Cafe document leak reveals console and controller

Some leaked documents regarding Project Cafe have emerged which show the design of the console as well as the controller. The design of the console mirrors the previously released SDK image (here), while the controller looks similar to the concepts that have been floating around previously. Descriptive text of the controller reveals that the "screen stream takes the 1080p image and pushes each rendered quarter to the player's personal screen. The TV can then be turned off or then..." We can't quite make out the rest

This could be either really good or just horrible.
But let's just wait and see where nintendo plan to go with this.

This looks quality. Nintendo are always ahead of the game. I can see compatibility between the DS and maybe more. Very excited to see what the real package will have in store.

So instead of pausing the game to take a nice steaming one, you can take the game with you!


This is the exact reason I didn't play on anyone else's PSP apart from my own.

Gotta say though the SNES was probably the best console ever ( definately my all time favourite ) and had some real quality games..

Super Mario Kart
Zelda a Link to the Past
Donkey Kong Country ( with incredible graphics at the time on a 32 bit cart )
F-Zero
Pilot Wings
Super Street Fighter and of course Super Mario World ...with 100 levels!! although not quite as good as SMB 3

Just to name a few ... and a very nice controller.

Still have my SNES in fact and it works :)

Agreed.

Looks like this controller could be anywhere between 30 and 60 euros.
