Call of Duty Black Ops 'Escalation' DLC out now

The Call of Duty: Black Ops "Escalation" DLC is available now on Xbox 360 for 1200 Microsoft Points ($15). The pack contains five new maps and ... wait, wait, this totally deserves its own paragraph.

And: "Call of the Dead". It's a new zombie mode map featuring Sarah Michelle Gellar (Buffy: The Vampire Slayer), Robert "Freddy Krueger" Englund, the ever-present Danny Trejo (Machete) and The Walking Dead's Michael Rooker -- oh yeah, and an undead George Romero.

Fanboism at its highest.

I for one will be skipping this DLC too because frankly I don't see the point in spending another 20 for both map packs on a game which cost 45 in the first place, you can argue all you like about the price but the fact is milking the gaming community for every extra bit of content for which PC games got free for years. Black Ops just isn't just up to scratch like previous games in the series for multiplayer. Campaign I'm all for.

I want to download it, but can i buy it on my jtag, download it, and then get banned? Or will it not let me go to the marketplace? I only have one controller and i want to play the maps offline and the ascencion one isnt working, so i dont know any other way, and im worried if i buy it, i will get banned before its done downloading and i will lose my money.
