A teaser on the Official PlayStation Magazine has revealed that Activision’s upcoming Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 game will be detailed in the magazine’s next issue.

This month’s OPM issue carries a full page teaser ad for the highly awaited game. The teaser comes in the form of a huge number 3 which comes along with a tagline, “The biggest game in the world returns.”

The next issue of the Official PlayStation Magazine goes on sale on June 8th, indicating that Activision will unveil the game at a pre-E3 event or at the E3 conference itself.

The game publisher was earlier rumoured to be developing the next iteration of the money-spinning blockbuster video game franchise. It has also been rumoured that the game will be unveiled as soon as by the end of this month.

Activision has made a truck load of money thanks to the previous successes of the Call of Duty franchise and makes it a point to release a new CoD game every year. The last Call of Duty, Black Ops, had raked in $360 million in sales on its first day alone and went to break almost every online gaming record.
