If you look he's hovering over "find match" but lower down it says that its unlocked at level 8? so what are you going to play to level up to 8? if it is true there probably will be some way.

If u look close then u will see that in the top right corner it doesnt say partnernet but parnternet

It looks fake to me, because it looks like the picture was taken looking straight at the center of the screen, but the flash somehow ended up at the top left corner, making it hard to read the whole MW3 logo, making it seem like it was photoshopped (fake flash at the top left of the screen to block out the logo, because they didn't know what to make for the logo, and their skills with photoshop sucks, so they just made some basic text, and added the flash effect to block everything else out).
