And as far as being able to re-make the image you see, it isn't that hard. Honestly. Yes it could be fake, but inorder to have graphics, they are made somewhere, then compiled into this.

As far as I'm concerned, i'm not holding my breathe about this. It can easily be faked. Made in photoshop, HDMI to TV, Full screen the image, take a picture.

But on the otherhand, it could be real, and the guy who knows its real is just loling at all of us pondering around about it. :3
