Pokemon GO’s New Event Brings Legendary Pokemon Worldwide

As part of Professor Willow’s Global Research Challenge, players had a chance to encounter various legendary Pokemon in Pokemon Go not too long ago. This challenge consisted of various events which occurred in the past few months, including the Dortmund Safari Zone event, Pokemon GO Fest, and the Yokosuka Safari Zone event. To celebrate these events, it was announced in an official blog post there will be a new Ultra Bonus Event which will give players a chance to catch even more new Legendary Pokemon.

From September 13 onward, players will have a chance to encounter three Legendary Pokemon from the Kanto region – Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres – until September 20. Furthermore, on September 20, Mewtwo will be coming to Raid battles for the first time ever and will be available until October 23.

It’s not all about the Legendaries, though. Pokemon hailing from the Kanto region will also show up more frequently in Raid battles, and will also appear more often out in the world until September 30. Additionally, Kangaskhan, Mr. Mime, Farfetch’d, and Tauros will be available in 7 km eggs until the end of September.

Events and constant updates to the game have resulted in Pokemon GO continuing to perform increasingly well over the last few weeks and months. Last week, we reported that the game had now crossed over $2.5 million in revenue every day.

Petite Wish they'd quit making these Pokmon so easy to catch I like trading but now my shiny legendary Pokmon aren't gonna be anything cause literally all 3 are coming back for a long time..

Not to mention mew two is going to be extremely easy to catch for a few weeks and like I spent a year and I only have 5.. now people are gonna have all the rare Pokmon and it'll ruin the trading values..

I love raiding but just release new mons now not make all the good ones easy like cmon


The point of the game is to catch em all..... Whats the point of making them all impossible to catch??? just cause you want trade value? Clearly you are missing the MAIN point of the game and the biggest point there is in pokemon lmao.


They aren't impossible to catch there's tons of ways that don't break the balance I mean they've been re released now 3-4x for short amounts of time like 3 days each and one was a whole week. They are at this point just releasing it to do fan service which isn't always the best answer to things.


But it is a way to get people to come back to the game and play a little bit, which they do need...


This game just needs scrapping it's the worst game I've ever layed eyes on


The game makes more money than you will ever have in your lifetime? The game was a HUGE global release and it was talked about for months. The game is in your opinion the worst game then you really have bad eyesight for games.
