Modern Warfare 3 to be banned in the UK?

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3's Reveal Trailer, which shows scenes of terrorism on the London Underground, is reported to have led to calls for the game to be banned, reports the Daily Mail.

The Daily Mail is comparing the London Underground scenes to the 7/7 terrorist attacks in London, with those affected unhappy about the likeness found in Activision's guaranteed smash hit.

Vivienne Pattison of Mediawatch UK has "concerns" because "these games are hyper-real," adding MW3 "is in incredibly poor taste".

This isn't the first time Call of Duty has skirted with controversy. Modern Warfare 2 was heavily criticised by some for its No Russian level, which allowed players to shoot civilians at an airport while taking on the role of a terrorist.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will be released worldwide on November 8.

Hope CoD does get banned in UK, it's for all the people that think they are well good at shooting games, they dont realize that they are playing a kiddies shooter game, its a terrible game, holds nothing to Killzone or Battlefield games that take actual skill instead of randomly spinning and being a overall douche.

Yo I just wanted to say that we didn't lose the Vietnam war necessarily, we just lost the home support. There was loads of protesting going on and the rise of the counter-culture.
Anyways, chill with the arguing about countries.

not to be a **** but why did u say the Civil war, that was against your own country lol the southern states who wanted slaves and northern who didnt, if trying to win a fight against that guy man dont bring in a war that you had to fight against your own guys, but i agree with the one guy that said without both of you guys no one would be here

Also to add to your Rev War the Americans did not fight fair, they would kill the british troops while they were sleeping, so not a win to be proud of

i am proud but i was just listing the wars that came after but oh well

side note Americans would be here because people came from many different countries in Europe and Asia
