We already know that The Game Awards have managed to get some pretty big names for the event this year, including the Russo Brothers (who are the directors of, you know, Avengers: Infinity War, as well as its upcoming untitled sequel). Now to add another name to that list.

Xbox boss Phil Spencer will be presenting at the event this year too, The Game Awards’ official Twitter account confirmed today. Spencer will be a “presenter”, as in he will announce the nominees and the winners. It’s unclear if he may also make an Xbox announcement, but it’s a pretty good stage for him to do so, and in the past, his competitors have managed to leverage it pretty well, so I hope he will.

My personal guess is that he will announce the nominees, then the winner, and then he will announce that he is acquiring the winner on the spot.
