In response to a question from a fan, Gamble confirmed that players will start the demo with their characters at level 10- which is interesting, because that presumably means that we will begin with some powers and abilities unlocked right from the get go, in order to give us an idea of what sort of combat and mechanics we can expect from the full game itself. Gamble also clarified that it’s going to be a demo, not a beta- after the fiasco that was Fallout 76’s “beta”, and how unchanged the full release was from its poor state, it’s good to see a developer being very clear with their communication.
In related news, in a recent stream, BioWare showed off some interesting looking footage from Anthem’s Strongholds, which are basically the game’s dungeons.
It’s not a beta. It’s a demo. And 10 https://t.co/ObhXp2HT9W
