Ever since Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 launched back in October, there’s been one major complaint about the game’s Blackout mode: the looting system. Today, Vonderhaar confirmed that Treyarch is answering their prayers as the battle royale mode will be getting a new and improved looting system in the near future.
The new looting system is similar in concept to the PC version of the game, which sees all of a “backpack’s” or “crates” contents displayed at once. However, this version will display two rows of this info on two pages. At least in this iteration, that is, as Vonderhaar confirmed that it may change to three rows before the update is released to the world.
You can check out an image of the change, as well as the tweet itself, at the end of the article.
Unfortunately, there’s no date for the new change, but Vonderhaar does say that it’s currently in QA testing, so hopefully, we’ll get it in the near future, unless some game breaking bugs get found that is.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC.
Don't tell anyone I tweeted about this. "They" get mad.

... new Stash UX is in dev builds, being playtested, actually tested by QA,, and we are bug fixing. Current design debate: 2 rows of 5 or 3 rows of 5. 3 rows means less tabbing in a death stash, but less uses more screen. pic.twitter.com/WZmspp1jO9
