Call of Duty: Black Ops: Annihilation Map Pack Confirmed

With an official multiplayer preview, a seemingly random tweet by Xbox Support (wat?), and a very bland looking news story from investors.activision.com, the Annihilation map pack has been confirmed for release. The map pack will feature four new multiplayer maps, Hangar 18, Drive-In, Silo and Hazard, and one new zombie map, Shangri-La, an exotic and mysterious map filled with deadly traps, dark secrets and innovative gameplay that will challenge even the most daring Zombie hunters. The map pack will be available for Xbox Live purchase on June 28th, 2011 for the price of 1200 Microsoft Points. Additionally, to celebrate the upcoming release of Call of Duty®: Black Ops Annihilation, Treyarch will host a Double XP weekend beginning Friday, July 1st. The multiplayer preview can be viewed below.

Shangri-La looks great - similair to Shi-No Numa.

The bamboo trap should do the trick and did I notice Monkeys carrying perks ?

Multiplayer I can live without

There oviblously trying to finish up the zombies story before MW3 comes out. That's why there coming out so soon.

Why is it that EVERYTHING LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE WAW? I hate it! This game engine sucks! It is better in graphics but the play style and feel still sucks! Not going to buy this, I'm going to buy Brink.

They actually make the maps before the games come out. So these maps have already been made. No rush at all.
