NetherRealm Studios has revealed Scorpion's character model in Mortal Komabt 11 and he looks quite different compared to previous games.
With players’ first look at Mortal Kombat 11 gameplay just on the horizon, NetherRealm Studios has revealed the first in-game render of Scorpion. The character, who is usually dressed head to toe in yellow attire has some red thrown into the mix this time around. In my opinion, this looks to be one of the coolest designs of the character we’ve seen in the series. You can check the image out for yourself below:



Mortal Kombat 11 was revealed at the game awards early last month. Since then, NetheRealm has revealed a full render of Raiden as well as some in-game screenshots. Players who pre-order Mortal Kombat 11 will unlock Shao Kahn. Finally, NetherRealm revealed the game’s cover art a few days ago, similar to Mortal Kombat X it features Scorpion.

On January 17, fans will get their first look at gameplay as well as some story content from the game. Back when Mortal Kombat (MK 9) released, the main narrative was rebooted through the power of time travel so we’ll most certainly get an original story with new and old characters returning. I’m personally really stoked.

Mortal Kombat 11 will launch on PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch on April 23.
