NetherRealm Studios and Warner Bros. released a new story-focused trailer for Mortal Kombat 11. In the process, the trailer also confirmed that Erron Black, Jacqui Briggs, and Cassie Cage would be playable characters in the latest entry in the series. Now, NetherRealm has released yet another trailer that shows off Cassie Cage, in particular, in more detail.

In this new gameplay trailer, we get a deeper look at Cassie’s moves that she has at her disposal in MK11. Equipped with a set of pistols and some vicious kicks, Cassie seems like she excels at closing quick distances and getting in close to her opponents. We also get a look at her Fatality at the trailer’s end and, my goodness, is it brutal. I’ll leave the surprise for you to see in the video itself, but it might just be my favorite Fatality that they have put in Mortal Kombat 11 so far.

In addition, this gameplay trailer also shows off quite a bit of Kano in action, too. Kano was confirmed to be joining the game’s roster a few weeks back but until now we still hadn’t seen much footage of him. As you might expect, Kano once again has a set of nasty grapple-based attacks at his disposal. He also comes sporting his iconic bowie knife once again along with occasionally using his head as a battering ram. I’ve always enjoyed Kano and he looks like a ton of fun here in MK11.
