GTA IV mod makes incredible graphical overhaul

Parts of the above trailer for the ICEnhancer 1.2 GTA IV mod look as though they could come from a GTA V. The fan made update, spotted by RPS, builds on a selection of GTA IV mods, like RealityIV and DKT70 road textures, and then adds updated shaders to make this three year old game look as though it could be coming out next year. Improved lighting, weather effects, depth of field and more combine to transform GTA IV into the video you see

SimonxRey Rockstar need to hire these guys to make it as an update for all consoles, and nice chose in cars :D


I highly doubt these graphics are achieveable on console, and if they are it'd need to be on multiple discs like L.A Noire.

its not that but the xbox 360 and ps3 are getting old and i doubt there gpu could handle graphics of the caliber.

In some ways it will lag because of the massive amounts of hihg quality stuff being put into the game.

But not too badly, the recoder always makes it worse then it actually is.

it wouldnt be laaggy if your computer is able to run this smoothly as i mean an advance gaming computer no lag at all and its the recorder thats making it lag and i would do research before commenting on stuff u dont know

i installed this, its pretty good but has random spots of light on things. and the lens flares are really nice :)
