Google’s Stadia will eventually be able to support 8K

Google revealed its new gaming platform, Stadia, that will be available later this year.

At launch, Stadia will support 4K and 60 fps with HDR and surround sound. If you’re streaming, it will share directly to YouTube and also run at 4K and 60 fps.

Phil Harrison also announced that in future, you’ll be able to play in 8K with 120 fps. Downloads and updates will be a thing of the past as you’ll be able to click on a link and access a game in under five seconds.

Too many issues on current-gen platforms, but this is undeniably what will come with future ideas. Not really a massive fan of renting to play; would much rather own a title than lend one.
