Just a couple days ago, Infinity Ward showed off Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’s multiplayer to the world. One thing they announced during the livestream is the game’s beta, which will give players the ability to hands-on with the game in September. That being said, if you want to get your hands-on with the game and you’re going to the 2019 CWL Championships then you’re in luck, as the developer has revealed that the game will be playable at the tournament in Los Angeles.
According to the news, which was announced via the game’s official Twitter account, all players need to do to get their hands on the game at the event is to visit the PlayStation booth located on-site.
Not much is known about what exactly will be playable from the game’s multiplayer. One would assume that attendees will more than likely be playing either the “MP reveal” build of the game that press got their hands on a few days ago or the beta build which everyone will be getting their hands on in a little over a month.
If players get their hands on the “MP reveal” build, they will almost certainly have access to 20v20 Ground War, night maps, and the other features seen at, you guessed it, the game’s reveal a couple of days ago. As of the time of this writing, we have no idea what modes, weapons, or maps will be available in the game’s “beta” version.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is set to be released on October 25, 2019, and will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC.
