Apex Legends' fourth season debuts the unnatural Revenant as the newest hero to enter the arena. Check him out in their latest trailer.

After teasing fans with the announcement that Forge would be the next person to become playable in Apex Legends, the team at Respawn smoothly pulled the old bait-and-switch this week. First, they released a sit-down interview with Forge that ended in him being murdered by Revenant, hinting that things weren’t as they originally seemed. With today’s season 4 launch trailer, they’ve finally confirmed that Revenant will be your next Legend of the arena. Give the new trailer a watch below.



I’ll be honest, that short clip definitely makes Revenant look like a lot more fun than Forge ever did. The character might have some demons to deal with, but he sure can kill people good. And isn’t that what you’re after in Apex? Seriously though, it will be fun to see what abilities they load the character up with. His blurb on the official site says he uses “unnatural abilities to haunt his enemies and defy death”. Sounds spooky. With the new season set to drop early next week, we won’t have to wait long to try the new Legend out.

Of course, Revenant isn’t the only thing coming with Season 4. Players can also expect a new gun, battle pass, and ranked season 3 will kick off next week. Plus, with the new season dropping on Apex Legends‘ one-year anniversary, you can expect to pick up a few fancy rewards for playing.

Apex Legends is available now on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. The fourth season of Respawn’s hit battle royale starts up February 4.
