The game was shown running on PlayStation 5 during a reveal event on Thursday.
The action adventure game was first revealed at E3 2019 and is said to be “spooky” but not a survival horror like its previous games The Evil Within and The Evil Within 2.
In the game’s first trailer a number of Tokyo citizens are seen disappearing into thin air. Players have to investigate these disappearances and figure out the source of the evil that’s causing them.
According to Bethesda, the game will involve facing the occult, unravelling conspiracy theories and experiencing urban legends.
