Flying Monster Coming to Minecraft

Dragons are coming to Minecraft.

On his Twitter feed, Minecraft creator Markus "Notch" Persson revealed a mysterious set of images that show a dragon flying high above a Minecraft world. "Texturing this dragon is going to be interesting," Notch wrote. "I'll keep working on this way into this weekend, probably."

Later, he added that "it's animated and flies around now" and called it "very derpy in that first screenshot."

Notch didn't provide any other details, but hopefully players will be able to tame or ride the dragons (which would be awesome).

Minecraft is getting stupid, and that's why everyone loves it. it's fun it's exiting and the possibilities are endless with mods too.

GameInversion I would have to say, even though minecraft is a lot different from what it used to be. It is just evolving. No one wants to play the same old CoD game with the same mechanics since CoD 4. It is starting to get old and that is why a lot of people are switching over to BF3. They want something new.

Minecraft is keeping it fresh by updating the gameplay and there is nothing wrong with that.

I think this is a neat addition and hope to see it within the next release or two.
