Call of Duty Elite Membership to be sold on the dashboard for $49.99 or 4,000msp

Thanks to these images supplied by an unknown source, we now know that the Call of Duty Elite service will feature payment plans via the Xbox dashboard. The paid service, which includes free DLC, eight times the file sharing storage as the free version, and daily tournaments where they can win real-world and virtual prizes, will cost $49.99 per year. Alternately, you can pay 4000 Microsoft Points ($50.00), or purchase the Hardened edition of Modern Warfare 3 which will include a free 1 year subscription to the Elite service.

Lol you arent to bright. Auto renew is for people who want exactly that, an auto renew. You can go to the dashboard and buy 4000 MSP with $50 and just get the prepaid one which isnt auto renew.

Black Ops had 4 DLCs for $60 in 9 months ( $10 more then Elite, and with elite you get new map packs, AND new game modes, spec ops missions, etc)

And you obviously dont know how much more indepth tthe clan system is on here then gamebattles. There is more to it then just versing other teams.

omg stop going after everybody that comments on here about this, i signed in just so i could say this to you. People are stating their opinion about this you dont need to go ape shit on everybody you cod whore. Sorry not everybody on here can have mommy and daddy put out the 50 for elite and the 60 for gold and 60 for the game like you. most of the people that play the game are 30 or below so that means teenagers and college kids and we dont exactly have 200 to blow on a game.

Are you **** stupid...? They promised monthly DLCs, and they promised more map packs this time around. MW2 had 2, why the hell would they make 1 map pack in 1 year? Black Ops had 4 for $60, so they will probaly make the same if not more as black ops.

And why would you want to use gamebattles when you can use a feature integrated by the game?

Are you **** stupid? Its a flat payment of $50, do you not know what a flat payment is? And once you pay that $50 you get every DLC they release within that year for free. So why would you need money for DLC if you are already going to get every DLC for free?

BEfore you talk something down research it first.

lilrichard22 I don't know why people are talking about financial problems, but anyway..... I think $50 bucks is too much. Not alone if you use an Xbox console because that's another $60 bucks for Gold, and then $60 more bucks for the actual game. I know Elite membership is optional, but still. Treyarch tries to earn fans, while Infinity Ward tries to earn your money. Main question is, is ANYONE actually going to buy Elite membership?


What dont you simple minded people get. I spent $60 on all of black ops DLC. With elite i would of just spent $50. IW promised monthly DLC for elite subscribers and then release some like treyarch every 2 months or so.

Why are people so ignorant?
