Are you **** stupid? Its a flat payment of $50, do you not know what a flat payment is? And once you pay that $50 you get every DLC they release within that year for free. So why would you need money for DLC if you are already going to get every DLC for free?

BEfore you talk something down research it first.

Did you ever think, DLC=15 dollars. This cod elite is 50. So they are most likely planning to release 2-3 dlcs at maximum per year. That way they get their money way earlier insteading of waiting for people to buy their dlc when it comes out. Not only that the 2-3 would be 30 or 45 dollars. So if it is 3 dlcs per year they get an extra $5. Which may seem low but then add all the people that buy it. Not only that the elite membership is linked to your account. So if you get banned you need to buy elite again to use your dlcs or even get them for free and not to mention the other little features elite gives you.

Lol you arent to bright. Auto renew is for people who want exactly that, an auto renew. You can go to the dashboard and buy 4000 MSP with $50 and just get the prepaid one which isnt auto renew.

Sorry not everybody on here can have mommy and daddy put out the 50 for elite and the 60 for gold and 60 for the game like you. most of the people that play the game are 30 or below so that means teenagers and college kids and we dont exactly have 200 to blow on a game.

And now i get $1000 a month to spend on educational purposes. But thankfully they dont check how you spend it, as long as you maintain a 3.0 GPA and are a full time college student.

So even now my parents dont pay for my membership. You kids can scrape up $15 for every black ops dlc and dont complain. So have fun spending more money on DLC then you would on elite.

And i will go ape shit because aruging is fun, and most of you kids complain about stupid things. If you kids could do simple math you would know you paid more for black ops dlc most likely, then for the cost of elite.

lilrichard22 I don't know why people are talking about financial problems, but anyway..... I think $50 bucks is too much. Not alone if you use an Xbox console because that's another $60 bucks for Gold, and then $60 more bucks for the actual game. I know Elite membership is optional, but still. Treyarch tries to earn fans, while Infinity Ward tries to earn your money. Main question is, is ANYONE actually going to buy Elite membership?

What dont you simple minded people get. I spent $60 on all of black ops DLC. With elite i would of just spent $50. IW promised monthly DLC for elite subscribers and then release some like treyarch every 2 months or so.

Why are people so ignorant?

I know right, people see one map pack for $15, and they buy the map pack right away(they do that for all the map packs) but if they see $50 one time fee they freakout saying it's too expensive. It's funny because you get more content with elite and its 10 bucks cheaper than the four black ops map packs.
