Earth's Mightiest Heroes assemble in this stylish CGI trailer for Marvel's Avengers ahead of its release on consoles and PC next week.

With only a week to go until launch, anticipation for the upcoming Marvel’s Avengers has been building leading to its release. Arriving in early September, the upcoming game from Crystal Dynamics will let players team up as their favorite Avengers in its campaign and a variety of multiplayer modes, and now you can get a look at what’s in store for the game next week with a new TV spot.

Ahead of its launch next week on consoles and PC, Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics have released a slick new CGI trailer for Marvel’s Avengers to give players a look at what to expect from the superhero action game. As we’ve seen from past trailers, the CGI trailer showcases the game’s core group of heroes–Iron Man, Hulk, Captain America, Thor, Black Widow, and Ms. Marvel–as they face off enemies in the midst of a huge city.

Recently, players had the chance to check out the game for themselves with a series of betas over the past few weeks across PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Featuring segments of the game’s campaign and multiplayer modes, the Avengers beta gave players a lasting impression of what the game will offer when it releases next week. Our own managing editor Logan Moore gave his hands-on impressions with the game earlier this month ahead of the closed beta for PS4 players. While Logan came away from the preview with mixed feelings, there still seems to be fun to be had with Marvel’s Avengers, and room for the game to grow after its launch.

Marvel’s Avengers will release for PS4, Xbox One, Google Stadia, and PC on September 4, 2020; the game will also be coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X at a later date.
