EA Sports used to launch a demo version for each year’s FIFA title just a few weeks ahead of its worldwide release, but this year, don’t expect a demo for FIFA 21 as the developer confirmed they won’t work on it.
It’s a common thread among the yearly-releasing sports titles to get a free demo prior to launch in order to let their community get familiar with the latest gameplay changes and new features. This surely benefits both sides. While it provides some feedback from the community for the development team, it also allows players to have a better understanding of the game and helps them to decide whether to buy the game or not.
We aren't releasing a demo for FIFA 21.

Instead we've made the decision to focus our development team's time on delivering the best full game experience for current & next-gen consoles.
We look forward to EA PLAY members jumping in 10 days from now and launching the game Oct 9.
That being said, EA Sports has decided to break the tradition and skip launching a free demo of FIFA 21 before launch. The developer confirmed it in a recent tweet, explaining that they had to make such a decision to get enough time for delivering the full experience of the game for those who are going to get access to FIFA 21 ten days earlier. It will also allow them to bring the next-gen versions of the game on the planned date.
EA Sports has recently revealed most of the changes awaiting in FIFA 21 that will affect both Ultimate mode and Career mode of the game. A brand new feature for Career mode will allow players to simulate the games with full control over the gameplan and substitutions during the match. It will even let you jump inside the match and get the control of players any time you want.
FIFA 21 will be featuring a free upgrade option on both PlayStation and Xbox consoles until the end of this year. The game is set to be released on October 9 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC, with next-gen versions arriving on earlier in November.
