Modern Warfare 3 Install Size for Xbox 360 Confirmed

While nowhere near the install size requirements of Battlefield 3 (that game requires a whopping 15.5 gigs total), Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 still demands quite a hefty chunk of your hard drive. If you have a 4GB Xbox, don’t even bother trying to install Modern Warfare 3.
In order to install MW3, your Xbox must have a minimum of 7.45GB free. Now keep in mind that this is completely optional; you can still play the game without installing, you just won’t get the optimum Modern Warfare experience.

personally i think installing games is great, especially if you've got younger brother's or sister's that don't know how to look after the games at least then you can still play the game.
But i will delete mw2 from my hardrive as i wont play it now im getting mw3:D

What's the point in not installing? Everything about installing a game is better. Especially the fact that you don't have to hear the disk spinning constantly.

thank goodness i got a slim xbox w/ 250gb hdd because i have to install Mw3 + Bf3!! thats like 30 gigs!

The point is simple, to obtain the best possible experience when playing. You're missing out on quicker load times/better texture rendition and so on if you don't.

always install any discs that i play mp on just in case something happens to it at long as it reads ill be good
