I agree with the comment below but look at it from their perspective or others who do not mod.

IW view:
People are hacking their game and they will not put up with it. It is unfair that some legit players cannot spend their "x" amount of tokens on double xp as they have not glitched therefore people who do not mod might not purchase map packs or the next COD because they get killed by somebody hacking etc. This will not look good on them or for them as they lose business and look like pushovers.

People who do not mod:
They are playing the game fairly and cannot level as quick as someone who uses their hacked amount of prestige tokens as they have double xp, or that person buys gear therefore has all the guns on the game at level 5 or something. Therefore they will give up, not purchasing map packs or the new cod as they find it unfair (which is what I have done because I cba to mod as it just = ban)

I agree with IW and FourZeroTwo banning, but I still believe they should create a server that is still online, but doesnt affect your proper online, compared rank as it would allow people to mod all they want which might favour some people, it might not.

However, if you have been banned and you dont like it. You deserve it, end of.

They should really get their priorities straight. Cod 4 is still modded all the time and thats what made the franchise what it is today. And there is so much wrong with mw3 such as spawns, weapon damage, lag,etc. Fix the game before you ban people from playing it. Pathetic the way they handle things. However, with that said I am glad their taking action because MW2 and cod 4 were absolutely unplayable because of hacking and glitches. Just wish they would worry about their game as much as they do banning people.

Yes they can,you signed a disclaimer when you signed up to Xbox Live.
I have nothing against glitching,hacking etc but if your gonna do it why can't people do it in private matches with their friends or offline? why? because they think that they are too clever to be caught but they make it so obvious with icons for 1000 predator missile kills etc
