Black Ops most popular game on XBL in 2011, Pinball FX2 tops Arcade

You're not going to believe what the most popular games on Xbox Live were in 2011. OK, maybe you'll believe it. According to Microsoft's count of worldwide unique users for the year, Call of Duty: Black Ops topped the list of retail titles, followed by Modern Warfares 3 and 2, Halo Reach, and Battlefield 3.

On the Arcade side, the top seller was Pinball FX 2, followed by Full House Poker, Castle Crashers (which came out in 2008), Fruit Ninja Kinect, and From Dust. Beyond Good & Evil HD hit #20 on the list, which seems good, but too close for comfort, for those of us hoping it would be a strong indicator of interest in the sequel.

I thought for sure COD4 would win with the sudden jump in usage when PCFreak30's R2R method was released. LOL JK But I did not like black ops so this is sort of surprising.

Everyones talking about how Treyarch patched everything quickly and didn't put anything that would ruin the game, are you guys stupid?
Treyarch made it so people could easily mod the game with a USB. (.GPD)
And you can still mod campaign on it!
IW and Sledgehammer Games have already released their 6th (or 7th) Title Update within 2 months of the game coming out, and a lot more are coming I'm sure. In my opinion CoD's 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 are all fun(not now because of mods), and I'm sure Black Ops 2 will be amazing also.

Lets go Treyarch!

Cod4>WAW>Black Ops> MW3 > MW2

Black Ops was a great game and I only played zombies 1 times. Most of yall just think it's bad because unlike IW, Treyarch doesn't dumb down the game and make it easy so you can do good. And everyone knows these days people don't like stuff to be hard.

Black ops in my opinion was a great COD. It was balanced, the gameplay was always exciting and fun and the graphics were in no way a letdown. They were also quick to patch the game, which shows that they did care about their game just as much as the money they were earning. Modern Warfare 3 on the other hand is quite a letdown. Completely unbalanced, and multiplayer gameplay is ruined by things that should NEVER be a fault in any COD nowadays e.g spawns.

I myself like q-scoping so liked the challenge of tayloring my sniping to suit a different game, also i loved messin around with mods in private match too but it was always nice to get a legit game on B-OPs.
i must admit i used to hate it but learnt to love it for it being a completly different!
i spose overall i changed my look at it seeing it more of an assault rifle gun on gun game and a new challenge bringing dragscoping with the L96A1 more into play.
Wouldnt go so far as to say B-OPs FTW but maybee more B-OPs FTC>ollection lolol

All the engines in Call of Duty blow, it's just the same engine with enhanced graphics.

Treyarch actually try to make their games good, you can tell they tried to work out the kinks.
