Robert Bowling acknowledges boosters in Modern Warfare 3 and reveals the most popular map at the moment.

Only if I had a dollar for every time I come across boosters in Kill Confirmed; it is one of the most irritating problems I face in Modern Warfare 3, especially in my favorite gamemode. Personally, whenever I see boosters, I make their experience a living hell, like backing one into a corner where he/she can’t move, until they rage quit. Otherwise, when the match is over, I report the boosters in game, and I encourage everyone to do the same. If you’re a booster and you’re reading this, then please leave a comment explaining why you go out of your way to ruin the game for others; there are private matches to fool around with friends. Of course, tactical insertions make this possible, but there has to be a way to rectify this problem. Luckily, Infinity Ward is aware of the issue. One fan questioned Bowling on Twitter whether there’s a way to stop this from happening. Bowling explained, “there are definitely some actions you can take from a script standpoint, but they come with some risks.” He went on to reassure that the security team is “discussing” a way to address the problem. Most Popular Map
You saw this one coming. Dome is the most “played and most voted for map” in Modern Warfare 3 according to the game’s statistics. Interestingly, Robert Bowling prefers “bigger maps.” Historically, the Call of Duty community has gravitated towards smaller maps. One example would be another small map called Dome from Treyarch who developed World at War. What is your favorite Modern Warfare 3 map so far? Does it depend on the gamemode you’re playing?

Personally my favorite map in MW3 is by far Arkaden. I love the color pallete and it is just the right size for me. I think my favorite map across the whole COD series is Downfall from WaW. I just adore that map and it's such a shame to see WaW in it's current state. Maybe I'm just nostalgic.

ya the reason i boost is because i want to get to 8th prestige but once i get there i will stop but i hate being a low prestige so i boost and i think they should make a cod where there is a 10th lobby section ( meaning 10th lobbys allowed ) and boosting section ( boosting should be allowed ) and a sections for glitching ( and not get banned )

to get rid of boosting COD should allow someone to become instant tenth presitge. thats the reason boosters boost. to rank up. there should be an option where you can choose a prestige above you but not below. its simple

I understand what your saying, and yes boosters affect leaderboards but I'm going to go ahead an ASSUME( i know i shouldn't) that your probably not that good then. Not trying to be rude or anything but i didn't play MW3 for 2 weeks and some odd days because of Skyrim, friends home for christmas break etc. And im still in top 40,000 for TDM score is top 70,000 and so on. Those are still far from the top but it gives you an idea. It's possible to get to higher on leaderboards it just takes skill and time. If i wouldn't have not played for 2.5 weeks im sure id be in top 10,000 for TDM and score I can't really estimate. For instance buddy of mine is top 10,000 for TDM. Why because he gets alot of kills every game and that's all he plays. As much as i see your point i can't agree with it. It is not nearly as hard to get to the top then it was in Cod4 and MW2 because that was hacked completely. Boosters have an impact yes but not nearly as much as previous cods, between boosters and hackers.

is that a joke? no one likes boosting on a small map. it strengthens your chances of getting scene. i boost so i can unlock guns faster or get titles or emblems. i don't see why people hate then unless they boost to get mobs or kill streaks.


You boost because your bad. Plain and simple. Unlocking guns is done by ranking up or using a prestige token. So to solve your issue of getting guns faster. Well, then don't prestige smart***. You keep your guns. Titles and emblems are unlocked by doing challenges. Which takes time and effort. Yes i get no one will ever get all titles and emblems legit but thats why you just play the game and if you get them sweet if not who cares. Your excuse for boosting is pathetic just like the type of kids that do it. Boosting ruins the game whether it be in game or leaderboards, it just ruins it. If you suck at a game then either figure out why you suck or play another game. Am i mad bro? Yeah i am because boosters are scum I would rather get killed by someone with a Type-95/Striker/FMG9s whatever it may be then have some little kid boosting in corners because they cant just play fair. Atleast the kids using those guns are playing the game whether the guns are overpowered or not atleast they are not sitting in one spot boosting with their butt buddy. "And I am sure you'll say wow you care this much about a video game" Maybe i do maybe i don't but one thing is for sure YOU do or else you wouldn't be sitting in corners trying to get certain titles, emblems, and stats.

Dashboarding is more of a problem than boosting,but both should be banned imho.
Remember we are actually paying money to play and i'm sick of it being ruined by these idiots who think they can get away with it.
Just make sure to report them!
