Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD 'THPS 3' DLC brings back the revert

The $5 DLC arriving roughly a month after the launch of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD will bring back the revert, a kind of bridge move introduced in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 that allows players to chain together combos they couldn't otherwise in previous games. Activision confirmed the news to Joystiq at a recent event.

There's one catch: revert will only work within the DLC, and will not be a compatible mechanic in the core Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD game. Bummer, brah. An Activision rep told us this is because "reverts were introduced in THPS3 and the levels were designed accordingly."

Yesterday, Activision told Joystiq Airport will be one of the three THPS3 levels to make the cut in the DLC, and that several more skate pros will be added as part of the $5 DLC pack. Above you can see the very first screen from the remade Airport map.

The game is $15, or 1200 MSP, and the DLC also contains players, Airport level, maybe more...

This reminds me of playing american wasteland on the PS2 :)
Ill definitely be buying this aslong as they keep to that low price

Thy_Blugoon Sweet ive always loved tony hawk games especially tony hawk underground i know they are fairly unrealistic compared to Skate. series, but tony hawk is fun i dont like skate


Ive tried a couple of the games before they where actually pretty fun. I might buy this game to get away from skyrim,CoD,and minecraft
