Rumor: Battlefield 4 outed by Medal of Honor: Warfighter pre-order promotion

As seen in the header image above, an Origin pre-order promotion for Medal of Honor: Warfighter briefly tempted customers with access to a Battlefield 4 beta before being removed from the public eye, according to neoGAF. Interesting, since Battlefield 4 doesn't really exist or anything yet, at least not in any sort of publicly official capacity.

While we didn't see the advertisement on Origin with our very own eyes, it was reportedly live and functional as a promotion, if lacking specific Battlefield 4 details, according to a corroborating report from IGN. It's possible that this was an accidental admission of BF4's existence, but it's also possible that someone at EA has learned an important lesson about letting the interns near Photoshop. We've got out ears to the ground and will update with any new information.

You'd be better of renting it than buying it imo to see if you like it :)

I'm not really a MoD fan so I doubt I will... There are other ways to get the Beta anyways :)


Yeah me neither but I think if you have BF3 premium you get the BF4 Beta but i'm not too sure about that.

mrGlitch2000 Although I don't like Battlefield 3 nor Call of Duty, I do however think it's pretty strange that EA is going through all of the trouble of making another Battlefield game when the third one has a good few years worth of game play left to it. I'd like them to make Bad Company 3 since I thoroughly enjoyed the second game mostly due to the single player experience, but if EA keeps doing this sort of thing to the Battlefield series, then it's just going to end up like Call of Duty with a game happening nearly every year.

To be honest I haven't played Medal of Honor so I don't know what to say about that.


It's probably more of a money matter. MoH is a pretty cod series. (I enjoyed it before CoD)


That could be true but I just hope Battlefield doesn't end up like CoD.


It's very likely. I cant even play CoD or BF MP anymore. It's all Skyrim and MC for me
