Im sure it will be flyable since in the GTA series your able to ride a helicopter so why not a jet.

Can't wait for this game to release, or to even find out some more details about it in the way of screenshots, trailers and information. I like others, think V will be similar to that of SA in regards to the jump in features etc it had compared to the previous gen games. GTA IV had a lot of good things but in my opinion was lacking more fun. R* obliged with the expansion of TBoGT, and I think they will incorporate more of a fun element in V. Here's hoping anyway.
