Mojang has posted a quick preview of the next update coming to Minecraft XBLA. In the list below, you can see three different shots from the upcoming patch, including what appear to be some Endermen (in a picture labeled by Mojang as "the most anticipated thing on Xbox 360"), an underground zombie, and even a spider at the end of a rail line.
And below: a brief video showing off a new sheep pet coming to XBLA's Avatars. The sheep looks cute indeed, but that pixelated wool can't be ideal for a sweater.
Stokie1996 I think we should all just give up, if it takes this long for each update the game will be dead by the time it catches up to PC...
You're kidding right? The most the xbox has had to wait for an update is a few weeks. The most recent PC update came out five months after the previous one. To be fair, the past few/next few xbox updates are/will be essentially a copy of what has previously been current on PC. However you must consider the time it takes to actually rewrite thousands of lines of code into a different language until you get the same result, try to remove all of the bugs and glitches, and then go through Microsoft's update approval process. It takes 2 weeks give or take after the update is made by 4j for it to be 100% approved and processed by microsoft.
