Minecraft XBLA sales top 4 million

Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition has surpassed four million sales, according to developer 4J Studios.

The company said on Twitter: "Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition has passed 4 million sales! Incredible number, thanks to you all!"
The game broke previous XBLA records by selling more than any other title in its first 24 hours of availability on the digital platform. It went on to sell over a million copies in less than a week.

Here's what we said in our 9/10 Minecraft: Xbox 360 review: "Whether you're mining, crafting, building, or fighting - either alone, or with friends - there's nothing quite like Minecraft. An accomplished, streamlined port that's a perfect fit for Xbox 360."

The PC version of Minecraft hit seven million sales in August.

Then add all the sponsors and advertisment money on to that... Also they mus have got a bomb from the Easter egg that is in borderlands too. That guy is lucky haha

Just my opinion, but if I sold over 4miilion copies on a game such as minecraft ported from the pc with no updates for...i dunno MONTHS I would feel like a d***che just saying. The update cant take that long...
