The news comes from a brief exchange on the social media platform Twitter. When a user posted a picture showing a potential cover for a Mortal Kombat 4 remake, Boon pointed out that “yes, I’ve definitely considered this over the years.” The picture features a couple of characters from the series including Raiden, Liu Kang, and a variety of other popular protagonists. The words “Mortal Kombat 4 Remake” run along the bottom.
