Need for Speed: Most Wanted demo hits PSN, Xbox Live

If you're looking to sample Criterion's latest racer, Need for Speed: Most Wanted has a demo available on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network today. The demo tosses players the keys to four different vehicles: the Aston Martin V12 Vantage, Porsche 911 Carrera S, Audi R8 GT Spyder and Ford Focus RS500.

During the Need for Speed: Most Wanted demo, players can earn up to 50,000 Speed Points, the in-game currency. These 50,000 Speed Points can then be applied to the single-player game proper.

Something about it didn't click with me. I like NFS games but this one seemed off.


I agree with you. I played the demo, that's fun. I just don't think playing it knowing I spent $60 would be fun, not really worth it.

I was actually going to get it, until I read what you said.

I haven't played a Need for Speed since the original Most Wanted, developed by EA Black Box. Since then, they really do seem "off."

OHARA I bought the game 2 weeks ago and it sucks.


I know I am not sure if its me or if the game gets more crappy every year I stopped buying them and am just waiting for it to crash sadly they are no funner.

It was a good game back in the days of the PS2 and Xbox Original, but now, not so hot. I feel Forza has greatly surpassed NFS now.
