Irrational Games, the developers of the newest Bioshock have decided to scrap the multiplayer features of the game.

Bioshock infinite was revealed back in 2010 and has unfortunately been doomed by set back, delays and staffing issues since, with several members of the team leaving the studio.
Maybe because as one of the developers stated the team "has struggled to craft a full game that meets the promise of its early demos"

Games Director Ken Levine tweeted that the studio is dropping the multiplayer feature from their Bioshock game. Although judging by a lot of the tweets he received back this has mostly been welcomed, tweeting gamers say that multiplayer ruined the last Bioshock.
