Black Ops 2 'Revolution' DLC content descriptions leaked

New information on Call of Duty: Black Ops 2's heavily-rumoured 'Revolution' DLC has slipped out via an Amazon listing, according to a report.

OXM reports that the now-removed Amazon listing revealed descriptions for each map and weapon in the DLC pack, which is still yet to officially announced despite various leaks including retail posters and seemingly premature ads on the game's official website.
According to previous leaks, content pack will contain four new multiplayer maps: Hyrdo, Grind, Downhill and Mirage, along with a Zombies map called 'Rise' and the new Peacekeeper SMG, and will release on January 29.

Here are the alleged descriptions for each map and the SMG:

Hydro - This large map allows you to use the dam and water to your advantage to block paths and stop enemies.

Downhill - A medium-sized map based in the French Alps complete with snow, chair lifts, and a strategically placed lodge.

Grind - Set within the locale of the Venice, California boardwalk, this small skate park map is sure to deliver fast and frenetic Call of Duty action.

Mirage - This Gobi Desert multiplayer map utilizes sand dunes to provide different levels of elevation and a sanctuary in the center as a natural chokepoint.

Zombies - Die Rise - The Zombie apocalypse has invaded China, turning down town into a dilapidated and dangerous MC Escher painting.

Peacekeeper SMG - This impressive sub-machine gun fills the open weapon slot in your load-out with power and accuracy.

Nice_Peter 3arc: 2 or 3 good on Disk maps: DLC: all pretty good
IW: Most On disk map are good DLC: not so much


3arc: great maps on disk. DLC: awesome

IW: terrible maps on disk: DLC: crap


personally i don't care for any dlc of any game,beside like car packs. 3arc makes good maps,but have terrible spawns in almost every game-mode minus tdm, iw(who lost all their talent prior to mw3) generally made good maps with decent spawns, (deteriorating from cod4)once the new console comes out and respawn entertainment launch their game i don't think ill play cod anymore.p.s. for those who don't know, R.E. are all the main people from iw who(some made more than others) made cod1,2,4,mw2, and i think maybe a couple noobs are in there from mw3.they also thought of cod(hence cod1),and their game is aimed at taking down halo eventually.


Agree, sad but true that MW3 has much better spawns (Unless you get spawn trapped).
