Even an electronic god is no match for Xbox Live administrators, apparently. Too Human and all of it's content has been removed from Xbox Live Marketplace. Though it is still listed on Xbox.com, containing screenshots, an overview and a trailer, all DLC has been removed. This includes it's Gamer pictures, the downloadable Game on Demand and all of it's themes.
The action is likely the result of the recent court ruling against developer Silicon Knights, demanding that all copies of its Unreal Engine 3 games be recalled and destroyed. As of this writing, however, another Silicon Knights UE3 game, X-Men: Destiny, remains available via Games on Demand.

3arcs games look like they spend time to make even their dlcs look like they care for their customers but IW's games look like the developers were messing around all two years then made a crappy game 1 month before the game is released....
you do realize iw lost most of their employees just before mw3 and they lost most of their progress,so yes it was rushed, but that doesn't mean they just messed around.then activision called in sledgehammer and raven-down,who have never made cod so obliviously they wouldn't have the game down the way we were expecting.and raven and sledgehammer did a lot of work on that game so don't whole heartily blame iw,activision fired iw's best(west and zampala),they then started their own company,and most of iw employees left to go join respawn entertainment(west and zampala).so just blame activision for being retarded as hell.they fired the people who made the series(cod1,2,4,mw2) and also made it big.ps,if you ask me the best campaign of all cods, its cod2, and best mulitplayer its cod4,both iw.

No, IW would have gotten their big brother Activision to pulverize MS in court over such a decision and they would win.
ms is a bigger company and would win against activision
ms isn't forced to win just because they're a bigger company, anyhow it wouldn't be MS they'd be in court with, it would be MS Gaming Studios which will have limited budgets anyway.
