Medal of Honor taken 'out of rotation'

4.6
EA recently announced that the Medal of Honor franchise will be taking a break, die to the game's poor performance since the launch of Medal of Honor: Warfighter.

According to EA COO Peter Moore, the poor sales performance means that the publisher will not continue with the series. "The game was solid, but the focus on combat authenticity did not resonate with consumers" Moore said.

It is said that they are taking a break from the game, to think of new ideas for possible sequels.

Pretty sure MoH was out before CoD, but whatever you say.

It's sad that the last MoH 2010(?) made this new one, Warfighter, hard to sell. I loved the campaign and the multiplayer of Warfighter. Gave a whole new aspect of FPS but too many low sales couldn't spread it's greatness online.

I didn't like this series anyways, it will be fine with me if this game dies out.

The first Medal of Honor was a huge disappointment, I'm not surprised this one didn't sell good.

They had bad sales with this one because of the last MoH game.
