Just Cause 3 coming to PS4 and Xbox 720?

According to the LinkedIn profile of Avalanche Studios co-founder and CEO Christoger Sundberg, there are two titles that are detailed.

The first title is an "open-world action game" based on "a well-known movie license." This first title is due to be released on current and next-generation consoles, along with PC in April 2014.

The second game in development at Avalanche Studios is a "new installment in a very well-known game series," but more specifically a "sandbox action game" to be published by Square Enix. The more obvious guess to this title right now would be Just Cause 3, which should be out for next-generation consoles in June 2015.

I wasn't a fan of the first one (played the demo), but the second one was pretty cool. I think they did crashing vehicle physics well (the kind when you throw the cars off of a cliff or mountain.) It was always fun to throw vehicles off of the mountains and watch them tumble.

Zwrq I suggest you rent JC2, its a game not everybody loves.


The map is massive and has an infinite amount of things to do in single player. On top of that, a multiplayer mod is in the works as we speak. If no one loved it, it wouldn't have the support it does now.

JC2 awesome game, I hope they add a multiplayer element to JC3.
