Next-gen Xbox info leaker raided by police?

4.6
As you may or may not know, a man going by the name of 'SuperDaE' has been quite a hit when it comes to next-gen Xbox talk. Recently he tried auctioning off a Durango Dev kit on eBay, which surprisingly sold for $51,000 US dollars.

Well, now it seems as though he has finally gotten the attention of Microsoft and law enforcement teams.

In a post on his Twitter yesterday, DaE simply said, "Police raided me.". An hour later, he said, "I find it hilarious how the warrant only really mentions "Microsoft", "eBay", "Paypal"." His last message, where he was answering someone's question, simply said: "@BenPeace91 Because its a laughing matter to have an FBI agent and 7-8 POLICE in your house."

So far, there's been no confirmation that police have indeed raided the house of someone who tried to sell a Durango Dev kit on eBay.

SOG He was, pretty unfortunate for him. That's what you get though!

i don't think he should have been raided just for having the next gen xbox devkit...

Why not?

because it's not that big of a deal, it's not like he's hacking into XBL servers and stealing information, he's just toying with the new console.

It's kind of illegal though, it's their equipment. How he got his hands on it, I don't know.

well, still, it's Microsoft's fault for letting it get out in circulation to the public, so whoever had possession shouldn't have been punished for having it. Whoever let it get out should have.

yay The real question is, who has $51,000 to spend on something like this?

$51k? That's insane for something like this. I wish I could have that much money, I would put it to good use and not something like this.

Yeah, even if you did have that kind of money to spend, who spends it on this?

somebody who really wants to find out how the new xbox will work.

The dumb part is.. why couldn't they just wait? It comes out in a few months for WAY less.

well he bought it in the summer last year if i'm not mistaken..
