On YouTube, the OP showed the complete creation process, which begins by creating redstone lamp displays with numbers and other signs like the flag to mark suspicious tiles. Other steps include the creation of a redstone circuit to send commands and the solution for the player to interact with the tiles. In this case, the modder placed two note blocks, a Minecraft block often used in musical projects, where one block opens the cell and the other flags it.
