Gears of War: Judgment offers 'VIP Season Pass' for $20

Epic Games is following in the footsteps of Gears of War 3, offering up a season pass for multiplayer maps and other content in Gears of War: Judgment.

The VIP Season Pass, available for 1600 Microsoft Points ($20) when Gears of War: Judgment launches, will include six multiplayer maps, two game modes and "nine exclusive unlocks," including a permanent double XP modifier, five weapon skins and four armor skins. VIPs also get early access to add-on multiplayer maps.

The Gears of War 3 Season Pass totaled $30 and covered four different DLC installments, running the gamut from multiplayer maps to singleplayer DLC campaigns.

Either this game isn't good, or they are being VERY generous. I've never seen any gameplay yet but from what I can tell from other game season passes this is a great price, especially when it includes 6 maps, 2 game modes and 9 unlocks with perm x2 xp. I may be wrong, I don't know what the game is like.

GoW 2 was when the games started going downhill, honestly I didn't notice a single difference between GoW 1, 2, and 3. Maybe a different story but the same exact game..

Nice price, i wish CoD would do this. The Season Pass is $10 less than the game for CoD. More money because people want it, but a rip off kinda.

BackHandLegend The only reason people don't like gears is because it actually takes A LOT of skill to play successfully. Noobs can't take it and automatically assume it is the game's fault. Notice the emphasis on 'A LOT'. CoD N00bs.


Sawed off shotgun noobs, I rest my case.


What's wrong? Can't wallbounce or strafe? Stay in CoD, trash.
