Last of Us demo locked away?

Those in the PS3 piracy community have gotten their hand on a early copy of God of War: Ascension which should allow them to play a demo of Last of Us. The demo itself is either locked away in game files or the end user will be forced to download it when released similiar to how EPIC handled the Gears of War 3 beta given out through Bulletstorm.

According to Premiergammingnetwork.com the offline game menu shows no option related to the demo but if you go online you are presented with a countdown ticking away at the old game launch date. Keep checking back for updates on the matter!

Okay so the people who have God of War early through hacks will not be able to get the last of us demo even if they are supposed to when the real game is released.

The game God Of war is supposed to come with access to the game The last of Us. So, the modding community got a copy of the game God of War but it has no way to play the demo.
