For those unfamiliar with the game, Astro Duel 2 is a 2D game that blends side-scrolling platforming and top-down ship battles. It features a variety of pilots to choose from 3-player co-op, 6-player versus multiplayer, and more. It looks rather promising, especially for fans of retro games, and those interested will be able to grab it next week.
2024 has been a strong year for the Epic Games Store free game giveaways so far. The year started off with the well-reviewed co-op game Escape Academy, which was followed by 20 Minutes Till Dawn, A Plague Tale: Innocence, Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy, Sail Forth, Love, Infinifactory, Doors: Paradox, Doki Doki Literature Club Plus, Lost Castle, Dakar Desert Rally, Super Meat Boy Forever, and now Aerial_Knight's Never Yield. Epic Games Store users have 10 more months of free games to look forward to in 2024, and it will be exciting to see what else will be given away through the launcher.
