The next DLC character in Bandai Namco’s Tekken 8, Lidia Sobieska, will be available on July 25th (PDT). Of course, Year 1 Pass holders get early access on July 22nd (PDT). Check out Lidia in action below, which is similar to her debut gameplay trailer but highlights some alternate costumes.

The first is a purple recolor of her Karategi, while the second is more business casual. The third is a callback to her Tekken 7 outfit, with the upper portion of the gi pulled down. Accompanying Lidia is Seaside Resort, a new stage free for all players with daytime, dusk and nighttime settings, each showcasing impressive lighting and shadow usage.

Tekken 8 is available for Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC. Check out our review here, where we gave it a 9 out of 10, praising the new Heat system, playable characters and presentation. Two more characters will launch in Autumn and Winter as part of the Year 1 Pass, so stay tuned for their reveals (and updates on the free Main Story chapter) in the coming months.
