john: Basically major Nielsen is posting on twitter that once the xbox720 comes out, the 360 live service will be discontinued, this is not allowed and I was also told that you can't connect to anyone with a 720 which seems to be a bit naughty
john: Is this true that also you need to buy all the games again?, just I want to keep my 360 which I've just bought to find out they are ending the service once the new release is out
July: That doesn't sound good. As I've mentioned, we can't confirm any of that but that is the last thing we would want to happen. All the 360 platform will still be working.
john: Ok just it's worriying a lot of people because they bought the new slim to find out that once they release it, you can't connect to people on the new console or even go online, but if you don't have the info yet I understand, but its just concerning

So what does this mean? When they bring out the new xbox you can't p,at live anymore on the 360 if so that's illegal , your forcing people to buy the new console

Ted- People who are sticking with the 360 until they get rid of service for it, multiplayer will die out very quickly and it will take 20 minutes or so to find a game...

i doubt that it will take 20 min to find a game

now this is something i have been waiting for :)
