Rocksteady Studios Working On ‘Unannounced Project’

Batman Arkham developer Rocksteady Studios is working on an ‘unannounced project,’ according to the resume of a senior systems programmer with the company.

As expected there isn’t much to go on right now, with the LinkedIn profile simply stating the individual has been working on the project since June 2024 as part of the Tech Team.

Rocksteady has recently come off the release of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, a game which disappointed both critically and commercially. However, right now there’s no word on post-launch support being pulled, so the team is continuing to support the game.

On the subject of Rocksteady, it was reported that prior to shifting to Suicide Squad in 2016, the team were involved in a multiplayer project codenamed Stones.

In addition, a Bloomberg report back in June claimed that Rocksteady is looking to return to its roots by pitching a single-player project, while a number of staff at the company had been moved to help out on the as-yet unannounced Hogwarts Legacy Director’s Cut.
