That's because embedded deep into the credits is a tribute to the late YouTuber, TotalBiscuit. Indeed, John Peter Bain, who is best known by his TotalBiscuit moniker, is memorialized in the game's credits, with an entry at the top of the "In Memoriam" section. Several other game developers are also paid tribute to, making the credits as much a celebration of the team's hardwork as they are a tribute to those who are no longer with us.
Taking to Twitter, Bain's wife, Genna, shared her delight at the tribute to her late husband. But not without poking fun at the game's lack of an FOV slider, a major proponent that TotalBiscuit advocated for in games.
Do I think the tribute to my late husband @Totalbiscuit in #SpaceMarine2 from @SaberGames is wonderful? Yes.

However... the game does not have an FOV slider.
For the uninitiated, TotalBiscuit was a massively popular content creator and video game critic. With over 3,000 videos to his name, TotalBiscuit amassed nearly 2 million YouTube subscribers. In particular, he was a staunch advocate for consumers.
His "WTF Is... - Warhammer 40k : Space Marine ?" video is by far one of his more popular entries of all-time, and he was a massive Warhammer fan through and through.
Sadly, TotalBiscuit passed away at the age of 33 after a several-year-long battle with cancer. His legacy, however, remains strong, and multiple tributes have been paid to him over the years, with Space Marine II being the latest to memorialize the content creator.
