After years of weird collaborations and DLC, no one should be surprised about operators and weapon skins in Call of Duty games. Just a few months ago, Modern Warfare 3 collaborated with Gundam for skins, while it was only several weeks ago that it was revealed that a gold lightning camo was included as part of purchasing a $350 Wunderwaffle replica.

In other words, there is truly nothing off limits. Case in point: this Black Ops 6 gun, which also manages to transform into a bong, where the player can actually spark up and smoke from it during a match. We're not joking.

As part of the Dank Days bundles, you'll get access to a gun that is also a bong, or a bong that is also a gun (you can decide what it's priority is, I guess), along with a baseball bat that doubles as a rave with a cat, among other goodies.

They are the sort of unique novelty items that help separate COD from other live-service games in its class, namely due to it being rated for adults rather than children. And nothing says adult more like still finding weed and raves funny, right?

COD Has A Unique History With Weed
Longtime gamers (or maybe just myself) will remember that part of Modern Warfare 2's M-rating from the ESRB was due in part to "Drug References."



As outlined in the official ESRB description of the game, the multiplayer had emblems and calling cards that referenced marijuana use. "Some of these emblems contain images that reference drugs (e.g., a cannabis leaf; a name card with a depiction of a joint)," the description noted.

Flash forward to today, and there's not just emblems, but an actual weapon that lets players smoke out the competition, literally. Of course, Modern Warfare 2 was released back in 2009, and we're about to be in 2025. In other words, times change and so do opinions and attitudes - However, it is interesting to think how Call of Duty has always had the devil's lettuce on its mind, even all the way back then.
